I recently flew on Singapore Airlines on their A330 planes. They appear to use them mainly on their short-haul flights. The experience was still good and you still received that Singapore Airlines service but the cabin is a bit dated.
Pros:
- Service is very attentive
- Meal quality is very good and tasteful
- The seats are still “lie flat” however on a small incline
Cons:
- Service sometimes feels rushed due to the flight duration
- Seats are 2 x 2 so if you are no travelling with a companion you will have to climb over the other person
- No wifi service
Tips:
- If offered, use the “Book the Cook” option to order your meals. The choices are extensive.
