Review: All Nippon Air Business Class – Dreamliner (787-8)

We took a red eye flight from Haneda (HND) to Kuala Lumpur with ANA. I had high expectations for their service and plane quality and I was disappointed.

  • Seats were not anywhere close to lie flat
  • Service was horrible, they didn’t even pick up the hot towels which we accumulated during the flight
  • Food was very average to poor (though I should say we did ask for the western breakfast)

Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of this but here are some I found thanks to other people. I would hope that since they consider this a short haul flight this is why they used this type of configuration.

Review: be more wise then I was and confirm your plane configuration before booking!
